Free Employer Information & Training Session
In collaboration with Buíon Phort Láirge and the WorkAbility Programme
This practical, 3 hour session is designed for busy employers, managers and HR professionals who want clear, up-to-date guidance on inclusive employment — without obligation or pressure.
Whether you are currently recruiting, managing diverse teams, or simply want to understand your responsibilities and available supports, this session will provide useful, real-world insight you can apply immediately.

- Practical guidance on reasonable accommodations and workplace adjustments
- Insight into employer responsibilities and relevant legislation — explained plainly
- Information on grants, funding and supports available to employers

Training delivery
The session will be delivered by Amanda Fox of Autastic, specialists in neurodiversity-affirming organisational supports, alongside Buíon Phort Láirge, who coordinate the WorkAbility Programme locally.
The focus is practical, supportive and employer-led — no expectation to recruit or participate beyond attending.
