This year’s theme, Give To Gain, focuses on empowering women in business to take bold steps toward their goals.
Our International Women’s Day 2026 panel features three leaders whose experiences show that giving time, trust and opportunity can drive real growth.
- Maire Quilty, co-founder of TQS Integration, scaled a business from start-up to global acquisition, while also investing heavily in people and place — from sponsoring the Waterford hurling team and supporting community initiatives to mentoring individuals and helping shape career pathways.
- Gabrielle Cummins, former CEO of Beat 102–103 and now with Nemeton TV, brings deep insight into media leadership, community connection and the power of contribution.
