'Lunchtime Bites’ with Karen Whelan

LEO Waterford and Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber have joined forces to create a series of monthly lunchtime talks, titled 'Lunchtime Bites.'

Doors open at 12.45pm - allowing you plenty of time to have a sandwich, chat, network, ask a few questions and get back to the office with plenty of time to spare. OurAutumn series returns on Wednesday 4th October to Dungarvan Enterprise Centre. Our guest speaker will be Karen Whelan. 

Karen Whelan is a globally celebrated transformational coach. She founded ‘SOULution Therapy’ with an accredited psychotherapist background utilizing a unique ‘whole person’ holistic therapeutic approach.

Her work has seen Karen transform thousands of lives and be featured in top magazines including Forbes, Hollywood Digest, Influencer, Total Girl Boss, Vent, and USA Today. She has appeared on global stages as a wellness expert, on TV and radio.

She recently became an international best-selling author for her contribution to the Women Gone Wild, Wealth Edition: A Guide to Fearless Living. Also, in May 2023 she released her new book, “7 Pathways to Self-Love” whereby she appeared as a guest on Ireland AM.

Her lunchtime bites talk – “ Leading with Resilience: Navigating Stress and Strengthening Leadership” will show you how to embody your leadership skills to empower your team and company when stress is present.
