For Menopause Awareness Month we are delighted to present a series of three online events, featuring inspiring speakers who will share practical guidance, valuable insights, and supports on fostering menopause-friendly workplaces.
Menopause is a reality for half the population, while the other half may be indirectly impacted by it. It is not just a women’s issue, but a broader societal concern. Yet, it remains poorly understood in many workplaces. In fact, a recent Department of Health survey revealed that 90% of people believe employers need a better understanding of menopause.
With this in mind, our goal is clear:

• To help dismantle the stigma
• To pave the way for positive change by encouraging menopause-friendly work environments
