A comprehensive overview of the role and responsibilities of not-for-profit board directors/charity trustees tailored looking to strengthen their role on the Board. The training will cover charity and company law, board meetings, board papers, board relationships, the Charity Regulator’s Governance Code, reviewing the board, and succession planning with Boardmatch.
