''Connors and Co was established in 2014 by Shane Connors, following the acquisition of the O’Neill Foley practice in Waterford.


The firm has almost a forty year history in Waterford and has developed an extensive client base across many sectors, both locally and nationally.


Shane Connors is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in senior management positions both in Industry and in Practice for many years. In particular, he spent over seven years working in the wholesale and retail pharmaceutical sector, where he was involved in the acquisition and management of in excess of 150 retail assets and assets valued in excess of €250 million.

His unique experience gained in corporate finance and especially in mergers and acquisitions makes him an expert in this area, and one of the most sought after professionals in this field based in the Southeast.
