'' Interlude restaurant was established in 1998, by Susan Denn, a local chef with a passion for quality local produce, prepared and served with a minumum of fuss. Interlude is a beautifully designed space, situated in the herart of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford

Susan Denn has been the driving force at Interlude since it was a concept on the drawing board. Her concept, as a chef, was to consistently deliver quality fresh local produce, handled simply and with a minimum of fuss.

She also wanted the design and atmosphere of the restaurant to be special, and to help her achieve this she engaged local interior designers, sculptors and artists to form what is truly a unique space.

The design of Interlude Too was treated with equal passion and the results are simply astounding. It is really worth a visit !
