It is not just a women's issue\, but a broader societal concern. Yet\, it remains poorly understood in many workplaces. In fact\, a recent Department of Health survey revealed that 90% of people believe employers need a better understanding of menopause.\n\n\n\nWith this in mind\, our goal is clear:\n\n     To provide trusted guidance\n\n     To help dismantle the stigma\n\n     To pave the way for positive change by encouraging menopause-friendly work environments\n\n\n\nJoin us this October as we continue to evolve\, remain current\, and shine a spotlight on an issue that affects not just individuals\, but the future of the workforce.
