Launch Event - Understanding Neurodivergence in the Workplace

Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber would be delighted to invite you to attend the launch of our Understanding Neurodivergence in the Workplace – Employer Support Pack.
 
This pioneering initiative has been developed to provide practical guidance and supports for employers seeking to better understand and support neurodivergent employees, including those with ADHD and Autism. Designed particularly with SMEs in mind, the resource aims to help businesses create more inclusive, structured and supportive workplaces while strengthening workforce participation, retention and wellbeing.
 
The Support Pack includes practical workplace adjustment guidance, manager supports, legal snapshots, templates and tools to help employers navigate neurodiversity in a clear and accessible way.
 
We are delighted that Minister Mary Butler TD, Minister of State for Mental Health, will officially launch the Support Pack.
 
We are proud to be delivering this initiative in partnership with Waterford Local Enterprise Office alongside Buíon Phort Láirge and David Walsh Office Supplies. We believe this project has the potential to become a model for employer support initiatives nationally.
 
The launch event will bring together employers, business leaders and stakeholders from across the region and will include an overview of the initiative, networking opportunities and refreshments.
 
Finger food on the afternoon will be kindly prepared by Merrys Gastro Pub, whose ongoing support of local business and community initiatives is greatly appreciated.
