Ian Gourlay is the founder of Business Process Solutions. He has over 30 years deep and extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke Lean and continuous improvement courses and activities within a variety of organisations and sectors to enable them to be more self-sufficient on their innovation and improvement journeys.
A trusted and expert partner, he is your gateway to mentoring and training courses in Continuous Improvement, based on Lean thinking and practice, and striving for organisational, service, operational and enterprise excellence.
Ian holds a Masters in Lean (Honours) with Lean Black Belt; Higher Diploma (Honours) in Business in Management; BS5750/ISO9001 in Quality Management; Six Sigma Green Belt; and he is a long-standing Lean Service Provider with Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland
