About Us

E-Project Chartered Architects is an RIAI and RIBA Member Practice which was established in Dungarvan in 2000. From its inception the Practice had a focus on promoting sustainable architectural design to our Clients. This philosophy was put into practice in the Company’s own offices which, as part of a redevelopment of a listed Townhouse, incorporated the first solar panel powered heating system in the Town of Dungarvan.

Over the intervening 23 year period the Practice has continued to practice what we preach and thankfully the Construction Industry and Building Regulations have followed suit, allowing EPCA’s philosophy to be incorporated into the majority of our completed projects.

The Practice Director, Michael Regan, has over 30 years of architectural experience working on landmark projects in the UK and Europe before returning to Ireland in 1999. Feature projects designed by Michael include National and International award winning projects – Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, Cork University Maternity Hospital, Castlemartyr Hotel, Ballincollig Barrack Square and numerous Residential, Commercial, Education and Heathcare Projects nationally.

Since taking over the Practice in 2011 EPCA has continued to provide full Architectural Design Services to take projects from inception to completion, including certification etc.

EPCA provide innovative and bespoke architectural design responses to every Client Brief which reflect the Site Constraints and Opportunities. This approach ensures that the design of each project is allowed to develop in a systematic way, without preconceptions, to respond to the key design drivers- brief, budget, site selection, orientation, context, constraints and opportunities etc.

E-Project Chartered Architects’ have extensive expertise in individual and multi-unit residential projects, Schools, Town Centre and Commercial Developments and everything in between.
