About Us

Edition Kitchens was created by award-winning kitchen designer & carpenter Garrett Dillon and his wife Sue, both from Co. Waterford. who recognised the growing demand for a more off-the-shelf kitchen to complement their bespoke range, Garrett Dillon Bespoke Kitchens & Interiors.

Edition creates functional design for modern Irish living. We keep things simple – guiding you through every step with clear advice and practical solutions. With our own Dungarvan workshop, we can add features you may not find elsewhere, including bespoke internal storage for today’s ever-changing requirements. We also supply appliances, worktops, and interiors advice on colours, lighting, and furniture – giving you a complete package.

Alongside Edition, Garrett and Sue continue to lead Garrett Dillon Bespoke Kitchens & Interiors, established in 2003. Garrett is a carpenter by trade and working with a dedicated team of interior architects and craftsmen to create entirely bespoke kitchens.
