I have worked within HSE settings for the last 23 years, my most recent position being within the Primary Care Child & Adolescent Department in Waterford HSE.
I am very excited to be setting up in private practice in West Waterford.
My service includes:
• Psycho – Educational Assessments. ( including SCPA Panel).
• Therapeutic Services for Children, Adolescents, Adults & Couples.
• School Support.
• Parenting.
• Mental Health.
I recently completed my MA in the Psychotherapy of Relationship Mentoring and will be graduating from TUS this Friday 3rd November. Relationship Mentoring is a unique psychotherapeutic and counselling approach, governed by I. A.R.M. ( Irish Association of Relationship Mentors). I.A. R. M. provide validation, regulation and an ethical framework for Relationship Mentors working in Ireland. I recently took up a guest lecturing position in UCC for modules in the Higher Diploma in Relationship Mentoring.
I believe the combination of my Educational Psychology Experience combined with my therapeutic experience from the Masters in Relationship Mentoring, equip me with a high level of expertise and skill.
