Leanbh Sásta

About Us

Leanbh Sásta is a parent and baby hub in Dungarvan. I provide classes and activities for parents and babies. These include baby massage, baby yoga, buggy fitness class, play groups and paediatric first aid. I also organise various events and groups; book club, baby friendly cinema screenings, mums on the move walking group, parent workshops and coffee mornings.


One of the main aims of Leanbh Sásta is to create a community for parents, somewhere they can go for friendship, fun and advice.
