Tap Retail, an award-winning Irish technology company with a mission to digitally enable local independent retailers and level the playing field in a digital-first world, are the newest members of Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber.

Backed by Enterprise Ireland and led by a team with deep expertise in retail, e-commerce, and logistics, Tap Retail provides an end-to-end digital commerce platform tailored for towns and villages.

Their flagship solution, the Digital Retail Village (DRV), empowers local retailers to build a collective online presence, streamline last-mile delivery through Tap Retail's delivery drivers, and attract new customers through shared digital marketing.

The platform allows customers to purchase from one or multiple local stores and either have their order delivered on the same day, in a timeslot of their choosing or they can opt for click & collect. We deliver to customers who are located within a 6km radius of the retailer's location.

Tap Retail intend rolling out their service in Dungarvan after coming on board with the chamber.

Tap Retail was created to give independently owned local retailers, a centralised, online platform where they can list, advertise and ultimately sell their products.
