Terra Nua was set up by two experienced and passionate local professionals, who relocated back to their home town having lived and worked in the UK and in Dublin. Terra Nuas Construction Director, John McGrath, has over 25 years experience working as a Construction Professional, working for 14 years in the UK and the past 12 years Dublin, Midlands region and Munster.

The companys managing partner, Lucia Quealy has over 25 years experience in HR and Operational Management Roles. Lucia is a trained Facilitator, Business and Life Coach, as well as an NLP Practitioner and looks after the administrative elements of the business.''
