Moments of Sparkle

About Us

Moments of Sparkle was born out of the pain of my fertility journey which involved six cycles of failed IVF over a 10 year period. Dealing with the outcome of those failures brought me to my knees from a mental health perspective. Though a combination of many tools along the way including mindfulness, counselling and journaling to name a few along with amazing support from family and friends I learned to heal. Truth be told I'm still healing but during that time I have learned to covert my pain to power to help others.

Moments of Sparkle exists to help spark a light in others when they find themselves struggling following IVF failure and to be a guiding light during an IVF cycle in what can be such a trying time mentally. My services include online and in person events and 1:1 support.
