Menopause & Neurodiversity - The Importance of Bone Health, and HRT Fact and Fiction
Kathleen Kinsella, Menopauseatwork.ie, will discuss how menopause uniquely affects neurodivergent individuals, and how to support them effectively in the workplace, as well as information on bone health and HRT.
For Menopause Awareness Month we are delighted to present a series of four online events, featuring inspiring speakers who will share practical guidance, valuable insights, and supports on fostering menopause-friendly workplaces.
Menopause is a reality for half the population, while the other half may be indirectly impacted by it. It is not just a women’s issue, but a broader societal concern. Yet, it remains poorly understood in many workplaces. In fact, a recent Department of Health survey revealed that 90% of people believe employers need a better understanding of menopause.
With this in mind, our goal is clear:
• To provide trusted guidance
• To help dismantle the stigma
• To pave the way for positive change by encouraging menopause-friendly work environments
Join us this October as we continue to evolve, remain current, and shine a spotlight on an issue that affects not just individuals, but the future of the workforce.
