We help people progress by sharing know-how, providing guidance and support to navigate challenges and opportunities.



Des McKenna has 40 years experience in Business & Real Estate with a background in retail and property management and was co-founder and CEO of McKennas Realty Ltd.

Having sold this successful Property Management business in 2020, we relocated from Dublin to Waterford to enjoy the 'Sunny South East' and in particular the amazing Waterford Greenway, Copper Coast UNESCO Geopark and the Comeragh Mountains. We welcome the opportunity to share our know-how with like minded people.

When not in the office, Des is drawn to the outdoors and enjoys cycling, hiking, and sea swimming (in the warmer months!). He is a keen golfer and loves the Links courses of the Wild Atlantic Way.
