Hi my name is Kelly Treacy and I'm the manager here at PFS Dungarvan. Originally from Kilkenny, I moved to Dungarvan in 2017 and have called it home ever since!!

PFS Dungarvan is a family run business with 3 other locations in Kilkenny and Carlow.

We are a fitness facility specialising in Small Group Personal Training and Spinning, amongst other class types!

We also offer 1:1, 2:1 & 3:1 Personal Training as well as Private Small Group Personal Training.

We pride ourselves on catering to all fitness levels and abilities, all while emphasising the importance of movement in peoples lives!!
