Relax and rejuvenate the mind and body with a hot sauna session by the beach. The beautifully crafted wooden barrel sauna with panoramic views out over the sea, provides many health benefits including improved cardiovascular health, immune support, and lifts the mood with a rush of endorphins. Combine with a sea swim for maximum health benefits!
Dip in and out as often as you like during your 30 minute session.

Sessions are for up to 6 people shared (can be booked individually), or 8 for a private group.
